Katie McLaughlin, yoga instructor and practitioner for more than 10 years teaches an Ashtanga vinyasa system of poses and breath control which facilitates detoxification of the muscles and organs. In 2008, Katie completed an Ashtanga intensive with Tim Miller in Encinitas, CA and continues to expand her yoga expertise under the guidance of her brother Todd McLaughlin and sister-in-law Tamara McLaughlin at Native Yoga Center in Juno Beach Florida.
